The following are abbreviations of the contributor bios in the book and do not reflect career changes since publication:
Charles (Casey) Andrews is an assistant professor of English at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.
Nancy Elizabeth Bedford is Georgia Harkness Professor of Applied Theology at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois; a nonresident professor at the ISEDET Institute in Buenos Aires; and a member of Reba Place Church.
Gregory A. Clark is a professor of philosophy at North Park University. He and his wife, Heather, have been part of the Reba Place Fellowship intentional community since 1994.
Meg E. Cox is a freelance writer and editor and is on the staff of the Christian Century. She is a member of Living Water Community Church.
Bren Dubay is the director of Koinonia Farm, an intentional Christian community in Americus, Georgia.
Peter Dula is assistant professor of religion and culture at Eastern Mennonite University. He was the Iraq program coordinator for Mennonite Central Committee from 2004 to 2006.
Thomas Finger is an independent scholar who is engaged in ecumenical and interfaith work with Mennonite Church USA, Mennonite World Conference, and Mennonite Central Committee.
Ruth Goring’s poems have been published in her collection Yellow Doors and in several journals. She is an editor at a major academic press and along with her husband, Daniel de la Pava, codirects Across the Americas.
Ric Hudgens is the lead pastor of Reba Place Church and a student at the University of Chicago Divinity School.
D. Stephen Long is a professor of systematic theology at Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Tim Nafziger is a Mennonite, Web developer, activist, and writer. He is a member of Living Water Community Church.
Dale Suderman was a therapist at the Salvation Army Community Sanctions Center in Chicago. He wrote a bimonthly newspaper column called “View from Afar” for his hometown paper in Kansas. In spring 2008 Dale suffered a stroke, and he is now in recovery.
Ralph C. Wood is University Professor of Theology and Literature at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
